In general there were some useful sessions. Session on Services poorly attended mostly due to bad communication by the organisers. Discussion on difference between a Service and a System as many systems provide a service or services.
Service Lifecyles and Stages
Discussion based on work at last meeting and further investigation. Aim is to get a generic set of stages with generic processes, without making things too general that they are not of use.
Services Guide
Agreed to start to produce sections of a guide based on skeleton contents - aiming at one page per section.
Service Improvement Plan
Purpose, use and potential contents discussed.
Way forward
- John to look at potential content for different sections..
