Review of Strawman Guidance Document
The document was reviewed and a marked-up version produced. The main comments were those below.
Re-arrange
Around the Systems Process, ie Stakeholders, definitions, context and boundary etc. This is slightly different to the current order, but all the material is there.
Customer and Supplier
We debate about the wording and definitions of. We are not sure, given the definitions that we’ve come up with and that are in the document, that Customer and Supplier are the correct terms, so we need to review the document for consistency and make sure we use the correct terms.
Wider Review
We’ve not reviewed our earlier work with the wider group for a while, so many people are not familiar with the concepts that are in the document. We should maybe look to take the wider group through the material and get them up to speed on how we got there, and possibly get some better definitions of the various terms. Not sure how we do this practically, but we should do it to help with the output.
